Storing e-mails


Write your e-mail in Microsoft Outlook in the usual way. Press the "Send" -button and the mail will be automatically processed. Assign your mail to already existing tickets or sales opportunities. Store your mails with multiple people at the same time.

Create sales opportunities

If you are in contact with a prospective customer and send him the first information, then create the sales opportunity directly from the mail for further processing.

Create tickets from e-mail communication

Easily create CRM tickets from an incoming mail and include the ticket ID as a reference in the reply.

Determine a ticket reference from the e-mail subject. Define ticket properties dynamically (16 properties possible).

Create contacts

In case you are in mail contact with a person who is not stored in CRM until now, you can quickly and easily create the person in Sage CRM by sending the mail and assign the communication to him or her.
